The evaluation study was performed to determine the performance of the self-test kit, the Wiz Biotech SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test in detecting SARS-CoV-2 antigen from nasal swab samples. The testing was performed on 30 SARS-CoV-2 positives and 30 SARS-CoV-2 negative samples (by real-time RT-PCR). The positive samples consisted of samples displaying Ct values between 13.70-29.88.
